Ivy N. Barnett, Esq. was raised in the Mid-West and is a contracts and procurement law Attorney practicing with the U.S. Federal Government. In her role as a procurement attorney, she advises clients on legal transactions relating to post and pre-award contract solicitations, negotiates settlements involving contract administration disputes, and represents the government before the Civilian Board of Contract Appeals and the Government Accountability Contract Appeals Board. Upon graduating from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, she earned a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and worked in the U.S. Senate and in private practice. Ivy is a member of a number of civic and social organizations and lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband and two young daughters.
